Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Reliant Strategic Advisors (“we”, “us”) for your use of Lew, including asklew.com, app.asklew.com and Lew on the chat apps it supports, such as Telegram. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@asklew.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
What Lew does
Lew is an AI assistant. It can find information, prepare drafts and manage your calendar, reminders and to-dos at your request. AI can make mistakes: review drafts, events and summaries before you rely on them. Emails are sent only when you approve them, and you are responsible for what you send.
Connected accounts
When you connect an account such as Gmail, you authorize Lew to access it as described in ourPrivacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lew to break the law, send spam or harassment, infringe others' rights, access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with or probe the service except through our security reporting process.
Your content
Your emails, events and conversations remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Lew to you.
Early access
Lew is offered free during early access and may change as we improve it. We will give you notice before introducing paid plans; nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk, including automatically when an account repeatedly asks for harmful things. A suspended account can still sign in to see why, appeal to a person on our team, or be deleted.
Disclaimers and liability
Lew is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use Lew afterwards means you accept the new terms.
