Lew for Outlook and Microsoft 365

What Lew does

• Searches and reads your Outlook mail, and saves replies as drafts in their own thread.
• Reads every calendar you have, and adds, moves or cancels your own events, never ones with guests.
• Looks people up in your Outlook contacts.
• Sends a draft only when you tap Send in AskLew and confirm.

How to connect

1. 1Sign in at app.asklew.com and open Settings → Connections → Microsoft 365.
2. 2Sign in on Microsoft’s own page and allow access. You can switch Calendar, Mail and Contacts on or off separately.
3. 3Some companies require an IT administrator to approve new apps first. If Microsoft asks for admin approval, your IT team can allow AskLew.

What Lew can access

• Lew uses your Microsoft data only to carry out your requests, never to train AI models or for ads.
• Instructions hidden in an email are ignored: only you tell Lew what to do.
• Disconnect in Settings → Connections, and remove AskLew at myapps.microsoft.com (work or school) or account.live.com/consent (personal).
